Ode to Shashank

Now that you’re gone
I,lying alone in my room
Am gazing at the night sky
I can see your eyes
Peering at me thorough a star
Memories rush by
Sitting at the ‘stand’ those carefree days
Our endless discussions
On occult and philosophy
Personnel visions,aura’s,avtars,
Relations, values culture,
Karma,rebirth,reincarnations,
I still remember all your words,
And teachings of freedom
And feel privileged
To have known you.
Now that you are gone,
I, cherish the souvenir of your friendship
People forget
As days go on and on
But you are forever in my memories
Your words and visions,
Guide me
To carve my niche’
Illumined in this dark world.
